Pursuant to Art. 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ EU L. 119 dd. 04.05.2016, p.1, hereinafter referred to as GDPR we hereby inform that:

1. The Administrator of your personal data („ADO”) is MESKO S.A. with its registered Office in

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing of your personal data by MESKO S.A:
1) under art. 6.1 b) and c) of GDPR in order to:
a) take action before the conclusion of a contract,
b) perform the contract,
c) fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator,
2) under art. 6 .1  f)  of GDPR – legitimate interests of MESKO S.A, in order to:
a) establishing cooperation and maintaining business contacts,
b) process personal data of persons appointed by the contractor to contacts regarding performance of the contract,
c) the necessity arising from legitimate interests pursued by ADO, such as answering your letters and requests
d) pursuing or securing claims, if they arise, as part of extrajudicial, court, arbitration, mediation and enforcement proceedings,
e) identification of a person entering / leaving MESKO S.A., i.e. through a video monitoring system,
f) archiving (evidential) purposes, which realize a legitimate interest consisting in safeguarding information in case of a legal need to perform obligations

4. Data recipient. The recipient of your personal data are entities cooperating with the Administrator in pursuit of the processing purposes set out in point 3, which provide services to the Administrator, who is MESKO S.A. and which data is entrusted to for example law companies, IT companies, external auditors, entities providing security services ,PGZ S.A., scientific institutions. The entities to which personal data will be made available, undertake to keep confidentiality and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, guaranteeing the protection of entrusted personal data.

5. Transfer of personal data to a third country. Personal data may be transferred to recipients in countries outside the European Economic Area ("third countries") only if it is necessary to perform contracts with the Administrator's contractors. Any other transfer of personal data to a third country may take place after obtaining your consent.

6. The personal data processing period is related to the above-mentioned purposes of data processing. In connection with the above, personal data will be processed until the objectives set out in point 3 are met, and then for the time, when the law orders the Administrator to store the data.

7. The rights of a person, to whom the data relates. In accordance with applicable provisions on the protection of personal data you are entitled to access your personal data, to rectify (correct) it, erase it, to limit it’s processing or to object to processing of it or to transfer the data. 

8. The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data. 9. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to implement the abovementioned purposes, for example for business contacts, entering the premise of MESKO S.A. and the proper implementation of the contract.

10. Automated decision making. During the processing of personal data, no decisions concerning you will be made automatically and no profiles will be created, which means that no actions will be taken as referred to art. 22. 1, 4 of GDPR.
